Things to come, 2017

December 26, 2016

Come early January, I’m planning to resume publishing my film blog, f/stop FitzgeraldThrough the looking glass, a figment of my imagination at 24fpsf/stop ran from October 2013 to August 2015. Those original entries are still up on the site, archived screen right under the heading Then again.

Here’s a brief refresher on navigating fstop.

You’ll be notified of new postings either on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In or through your Email. Most entries come accompanied by visual material. Access the full entry, text and visual, by going to the site, then scroll all the way through to make sure you view the visual content.

You can also comment; very important, this place to comment. It’s how we keep our conversation going.

Each new post also contains tags which appear to the left of the title when you click on the date. Tags are similar to footnotes, provided to widen the scope of the original entry.

The sidebar (screen right)  contains additional information: a follow button; I have a little list which recommends films; and the aka button containing a profile of f/stop himself. Then again is the archive of f/stop posts from October 2013 to August 2015.

Do tell your friends, your relatives, your enemies, the guy walking up and down the street carrying a sandwich board warning that “the end is near.” Psst, it’s not…

    Ray,

Nice to hear from you…looking forward to cinema provocations…Did go see a double bill yesterday of La La Land and Manchester by the Sea…I liked both for very different reasons. Theater was the most crowed I have ever experienced…who knew the day after XMass folks need a movie fix. Also, I was still under the influence of Chinese food and latkes so…(Double Happiness!)
